7th June 2021, Market outlook: Dow futures have started the on a flat note. Asian markets are trading flat to negative however, SGX Nifty is up by 40 points. FIIs have bought over Rs 3000 cr in cash so far in the month of June. Consumption stocks is gaining momentum as gradually the cities across the country lifts restrictions. Monsoon is expected to remain above average. Nifty is well poised in new trading zone 15300-16000.

L&T and Mazagaon Docks limited: Defence Acquisition Council on friday approved a deal for construction of six advanced conventional submarines for the Indian Navy at an estimated cost of Rs. 43,000 crore. The request for proposal or for acquisition of the submarines have been issued to L&T and Mazagon Docks limited as per reports.

TVS motors: As per media reports, Promoters are planning to sell 5% stake in the company worth of Rs. 1000-1250 crore in this week.

BPCL: Govt is considering other options to remove hurdles for privatization like allowing 100% FDI, free to exercise it’s right to stay or come out of the JV’s after privatization and exits from investments in Petronet LNG and IGL as per reports.
