Hyderabad, Nov 9 : The Head Count of Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven customer engagement solutions provider 7.ai will reach 9000 from 7500 at present in the country, according to company Chief Delivery Officer, India & America Animesh Jain.
Talking to newsmen here on Tuesday, Mr Jain said Bangaluru is the company’s headquarter in India and Hyderabad is the branch office.
At present the total headcount of the company in India is 7500. Of them 5000 in Bangalore and 2500 in Hyderabad. The total headcount will reach 9000 by adding 1500 in the Hyderabad office by the next financial year (2022-23), he said.
Speaking on the company’s growth in terms of revenue and employment, Mr Jain said, the company has posted 25 per growth last year and expects 20 per cent growth in this financial year. We hope to continue the same in coming years too because the company has moved to Work From Anywhere (WFA).
He said that the company is going beyond Hyderabad to hire freshers and laterals from cities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions including Warangal, Guntur, and Karimnagar for permanent roles across Customer Care Executives for Chat & Support functions to manage clients worldwide.

Mr Jain said that the company has 17,000 head count across the world extending services to Telecom, Banking, Retail, Travel, Healthcare, Media, Entertainment and among others.
At present 30 per cent employees are working from office and remaining in WFA mode, the Chief Delivery Officer said that at present 33 per cent are women employees and expect this to reach 40 per cent in the next financial year because of WFA.
