Patna, March 19 : The leader of the opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejasvi Prasad Yadav today tabled a report of ADR on the floor of the house and said that more than 60% ministers in Bihar cabinet were tainted according to it.
Soon after question hour Mr Yadav said that the chair had directed him to speak with concrete fact and furnish evidence, if he had any against his allegations labelled upon the ministers being tainted.
Asking the chair to allow him to table the ADR report Mr Yadav said that nearly 50% ministers were facing serious offences like murder rape, robbery and others.
To this the speaker said that the matters related even to violation of model code of conduct have been mentioned in the ADR. Mr Sinha further said that even his name has been mentioned in the report regarding a 10 year old case related to violation of model code of conduct.
He said that the names of several members have been mentioned in this report and Mr Yadav’s name might have also been there in it.
