Kolkata, Dec 10 : Coming down heavily on the Trinamool Congress Government, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Friday expressed concern over “worrisome human rights violations” in the state.
Stating “Rule of Ruler and not of law”, Mr Dhankhar said, ” Worrisome HUMAN RIGHTS violations@MamataOfficial. Only “Rule of Ruler and not of law” @India_NHRC. Need for massive uplift. “
” Politicised bureaucracy@IASassociation@IPS_Association@WBPolice@KolkataPolice constitutes a severe threat to democracy. #HumanRight #HumanRightsDay2021, ” he averred.
” Situation@MamataOfficial far distanced from “Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high” Governance is distancing from Constitution and rule of law, ” Mr Dhankhar stated.
” Disturbing that administration@WBPolice@KolkataPolice ignores ‘Be you never so high, the law is above you’, ” the Governor commented.
