IPS transfer : Seven IPS officers transferred in UP

Lucknow, Jul 23 : The Uttar Pradesh government has transferred seven IPS officers late on Thursday night.

The Superintendents of Police (SPs) of four districts have also been changed in these transfers.

The state Home Department sources here on Friday said new Superintendents of Police have been posted in Jalaun, Siddharthnagar, Kasganj and Hamirpur districts.

Yashveer Singh, a 2013 batch IPS officer, has been sent from SP Jalaun to Siddharthnagar on the same post while Ravi Kumar, a 2015 batch officer posted in Lucknow Commissionerate, Deputy Commissioner of Police, has been made SP Jalaun.

Botre Rohan Pramod, a 2016 batch IPS officer posted as SP City, Agra, has been posted as SP in Kasganj whilel Kamlesh Kumar Dixit has been transferred from Superintendent of Police Intelligence Gorakhpur to the post of SP Hamirpur.
Ram Abhilash Tripathi has been posted from Superintendent of Police Siddharth Nagar to Superintendent of Police Intelligence Unit Gorakhpur.

Manoj Sonkar, who was posted as Superintendent of Police Kasganj for a long time, has been transferred to the post of Commandant PAC Fatehpur while Narendra Kumar Singh has been posted from SP Hamirpur to commandant PAC Agra.
