Kovind, Modi wish Karnataka people on Rajyotsava Day

Bengaluru, Nov 1 : President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday greeted the people of Karnataka on the occasion of the Rajyotsava Day.

Greeting the people of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Lakshadweep and Puducherry, President Kovind also wished the people of Karnataka on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava Day.

“Greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Lakshadweep and Puducherry on the formation day. My best wishes to the residents of these States and Union Territories for their bright future,” he tweeted.

Modi said Karnataka has made a special mark due to the innovative zeal of its people and wished the state for scaling new heights of success in future.

“Best wishes on the special occasion of Karnataka Rajyotsava. Karnataka has made a special mark due to the innovative zeal of its people. The state is at the forefront of outstanding research and enterprise. May Karnataka scale newer heights of success in the times to come,” he tweeted.

Replying to Modi’s tweet, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai thanked the PM and pledged to make new strides towards Atmanirbharata and achieve Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas in the best way possible.

“Thank you for your wishes @narendramodiji. This Kannada Rajyotsava we in Karnataka pledge to make new strides towards Atmanirbharata and contribute our optimum efforts to achieve Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas in the best way possible,” he tweeted.
