New Delhi Oct 27 : BJP on Wednesday attacked the NCP leader Nawab Malik who has been targeting IRS Sameer Wankhade and alleged that “Malik is using his ministerial position to settle personal scores.”

Sameer Wankhede, the NCB’s Mumbai zonal director, is investigating the alleged drug case involving Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan.

Talking to Twitter BJP IT cell in-charge Amit Malviya said “NCP’s Nawab Malik has been targeting the NCB and Sameer Wankhade, in particular, because the NCB had arrested Sameer Khan, Malik’s son-in-law, in a drugs case, and released him on bail after 9 months in September this year,”

“He is using his ministerial privilege to settle personal scores,” he tweeted.

On Tuesday, Nawab Malik had accused Sameer Wankhede of illegal phone tapping.

Malik has also claimed that Sameer Wankhede was a Muslim by birth and his real name was “Sameer Dawood Wankhede”.

The minister had released the birth certificate of Wankhede and alleged that the Wankhade had forged the documents.

The son–in–law of Malik, Sameer Khan was arrested in an alleged drug case earlier this year and granted bail in September after 9 months.
