PM Modi committed to fill 10 lakh government jobs : Kishan Reddy

Hyderabad, May 16 : Union Minister of Tourism G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has committed for recruitment of 10 lakh people in government jobs.

Currently 3.60 lakh jobs have already been filled, he said while participating in a programme held at Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology auditorium in Secunderabad, organized in connection with the distribution of about 71,000 appointment letters by Modi to the newly inducted recruits in the government services under the Rozgar Mela through video conferencing from Delhi.

The Minister said the PM is determined to fill the vacancies as he has set a target.

However, there will be some delay due to certain legal issues, Reddy said.

He said we witnessed the TSPSC question papers leak incident in Telangana, which hindered the job recruitment process”.

The Prime Minister has prioritized skill-based employment and personally engage with the youth to communicate his vision, Kishan Reddy said.

The Union Minister said, “The next 25 years is crucial for the nation.

As we celebrate 75 years of Independence, India stands as the world’s most populous country with a vibrant youth population, he added.
