Rupee falls 3 paise against USD

Mumbai, Aug 12 : The Rupee on Friday eased three paise at 79.66 against the USD in opening trade on rising demand for the US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The domestic unit was seen weak in early trade due to strong Dollar against other world currencies.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 79.62 and 79.70 respectively against the US Dollar, the dealer added.
