Rupee falls 4 paise against USD

Mumbai, Sep 16 : The Rupee on Friday eased marginally by four paise to close at 79.74 against the USD on rising demand for US dollar from bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
It dropped 11 paise at 79.81 in opening trade and finished at 79.74, sliding four paise as compared to its previous close.
The Rupee registered the day’s high and low at 79.71 and 79.85 respectively against the dollar, the dealers said.
