Sensex falls marginally by 21 points

Mumbai, Oct 12 : The BSE Sensex on Thursday declined by 21 points to 66,451 on profit booking by local operators.
The NSE eased 4.25 points to 19,807.10.
The stocks, which include IT and technology, were in red.
The Mid Cap gained 0.25 percent and the Small Cap gained 049 percent.
In 30 scrips, 15 advanced while 15 declined.
The losers were TCS by 1.17 pc to Rs 3568, Bharti Airtel by 0.64 pc to Rs 949.30, Tech Mahindra by 0.63 pc to Rs 1223.55, and Bajaj Finance by 0.57 pc to Rs 8052.35.
The gainers were Tata Steel by 1.32 pc to Rs 126.60, JSW Steel by 0.64 pc to Rs 985.35, IndusInd Bank by 0.90 pc to Rs 1434, and Axis Bank by 0.82 pc to Rs 1027.65.
