Sensex opens flat at 81,928.12 points

Mumbai, Sep 11 : The BSE Sensex on Wednesday opened almost steady, rising 33 pts at 81,928.12 as buying was seen in healthcare, industrials, and IT stocks.
While, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) declined 8 points to 25,033.
The BSE Sensex registered intraday high and low at 82,009.78 and 81,741.65 points, respectively.
The NSE registered days high and low at 25,073.50 and 24,981.30 points, respectively.
The Mid Cap moved up 0.09 pc and the Small Cap by 0.33 pc.
In 30 scrips, 19 advanced while 11 declined.
The gainers were Sun Pharma by 0.81 pc to Rs 3321.10, Sun Pharma by 0.80 pc to Rs 1851.50, Bharti Airtel by 0.72 pc to Rs 1589.25, and Bajaj Finance by 0.62 pc to Rs 7285.
The losers were Tata Motors by 4.63 pc to Rs 986.55, JSW Steel by 0.45 pc to Rs 934.45, ICICI Bank by 0.34 pc to Rs 1233.05, and M&M by 0.23 pc to Rs 2685.85.
