IMF managing director to begin 6-day visit to China

Geneva, Mar 25 : The managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva, will begin a six-day visit to China on Saturday.
The visit will start on March 25 and last through March 30. The IMF head will attend the China Development Forum (CDF) on March 26 and the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference on March 30.
Georgieva is also expected to meet with Chinese officials to exchange views on economic prospects for Beijing and the world and discuss cooperation necessary to respond to global challenges.
