Sensex regains over 1000 points

Mumbai, Aug 6 : The BSE Sensex on Tuesday jumped 1093 points to 79,852.08 in an early trade on the rebounding Asian market.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 251 points to 24,306.65 points.
Slumping 2222 points on Monday, the equity market was seen in action mode as all sectoral indices were seen in action mode in early trade.
All the sectoral indices were in green, as real estate and IT stocks rallied over 2 percent.
The BSE registered intraday highs and lows at 79,852.08 and 78,981.97 points, respectively.
The NSE registered days high and low at 24,382.60 and 24,189.50 points, respectively.
The Mid Cap moved up 1.37 pc and the Small Cap by 0.27 pc.
The gainers were Tech Mahindra by 3 pcs to Rs 1500, HCL Technologies by 2.64 pcs to Rs 1603.45, Tata Motors by 2.49 pcs to Rs 1042, Infosys by 2.48 pcs to Rs 1794.85, and L&T by 2.17 pcs to Rs 3604.40.
Sole, Bharti Airtel fell by 0.14 pc to Rs 1464.
